# Brighthive V2.2 Release Notes

## 1. Overview

We are excited to announce the release of **Version 2.2** of the Brighthive platform. This release focused on improving agent workflows, enhancing system reliability, and introducing new integrations to make the platform more robust and extensible.

Highlights of this release include:

- **Supervisor & Reasoning Logic Enhancements**: Advanced reasoning capabilities for better orchestration and decision-making across agents.

  - **Airbyte syncs** for seamless data pipeline management right from the web app.
  - **GitHub write connections** for improved version control in workflows.
  - **HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) capabilities** for more controlled AI-driven processes.

- **Data Platform Expansion**: Support for new organizations and namespace setup for enterprise-scale deployments.

- **UX & Performance Improvements**:
  - Added **export features** and improved file handling.
  - Optimized **system-wide performance** for faster load times and reduced latency.

- **System Reliability Fixes**: Stability improvements across **frontend**, **backend**, and **cloud workflows** to reduce downtime and errors.

These upgrades contribute significantly to the **stability**, **extensibility**, and **usability** of the Brighthive platform, particularly in support of **AI-driven data agent workflows**.

## 2. Bug Fixes

- **Schema Verification Fix**: Resolved schema verification issue in OpenMetadata (Dev only).
- **Frontend Source Loading**: Fixed issue where sources were not loading properly on the frontend.
- **Airbyte Webhook Notifications**: Addressed notification failures post-upgrade.
- **File Rendering**: Corrected rendering bug for Word documents in the _Resources_ page.
- **Project Flow Fix**: Fixed destination creation failure during project setup.
- **Folder Movement Bug**: Corrected issue where moving folders incorrectly listed in _Connect | Files_.
- **Redshift Retrieval Fix**: Excluded timestamp field from Redshift retrieval to resolve data clarity concerns.
