# Brighthive V2.7.0 Release Notes

We’re excited to announce the release of **Version 2.7.0** of the Brighthive platform. This update introduces major new capabilities around **memory**, **context awareness**, and **agent UX**, designed to make your workflows more intelligent, seamless, and personalized.

- **Memory System:** Agents now retain context, allowing them to recall previous discussions, update knowledge, and suggest actions based on user history.
- **Automatic Thread Titles:** Conversations are automatically named for easier navigation and recall.
- **Unified Agent Output:** More consistent, structured responses across all agents — including BrightAgent, Governance, Visualization, and Analyst.
- **Enhanced BrightAgent UX:** Improved layout, updated sidebar, and polished interface for both main chat and BrightSide.
- **Governance Integration:** Workspace-level governance policies now seamlessly flow into agent interactions and data workflows.
- **Expanded Context Window:** Agents can now process longer conversations and datasets without losing context.

- Standardized outputs now include consistent structure, unique IDs, and turn tracking across multiple agents (DBT, Governance, Visualization, Analyst).
- **Retrieval responses** now include **success messages and sample data previews** for faster validation.

- Refined interface and UX improvements across both **BrightSide** and **main chat**.
- Updated **sidebar design**, refreshed icons, and improved background color contrast for accessibility.

##### Governance & Workspace Integration
- Workspace governance policies now **automatically integrate into prompts and flows**, ensuring more consistent and compliant decision-making.

##### Bug Fixes & Stability
- Resolved an issue where **missing asset descriptions** caused errors during data asset retrieval.
- Fixed **end result output** inconsistencies and optimized agent response flow.
